Self Care Develops 'The Self' ~ Tips To Enhance Your Full Moon Flow state...

FULL MOON SELF CARE GOALS - Enlightenment, Self Actualisation, Self Realisation, Support Your On-going Healing Journey, Unlearning, Transforming The Physical and Spiritual Self, Accessing Divine Creativity, Self Acceptance, Nourishment, not to get Wonkey by other peoples off-vibe etc. 


What's so powerful about Vibrational Medicine and why do you need it for meditation?

I recently launched my new track "Valley of the Kings", this new music project can be used as a part of your Self Care routine/ritual over this full moon as it contains Vibrational Medicine. When your body is exposed to Vibrational Medicine your brain-waves can shift within 30 seconds (proven by science). That's the difference between being in your relaxed meditative state - Theta - and actively self healing - Delta. One of the physical re actions we have when we meditate correctly is that our brain-wave states shift down a gear or two… Having tools at the ready that contain Vibrational Medicine will help to encourage a natural flow towards a more peaceful state - it's just a no brainer, no matter how good you are at meditating, you can always achieve more… And when it comes to the full moon, we are often exposed to many triggers which can pull us away from self care.

What forms of Vibrational Medicine do I use?

Personally I use it ALL! Thankfully as I have access to some of the world's best products due to my mother's wellness practice. I am very fortunate to have her insight and guidance at every step - over 40 years in this industry. She is not only my walking encyclopaedia, she's a pioneer in Natural Healing modalities across the world and therefore wise beyond measure…


Currently I use MY music, incense, Trace Elements complexes, Infrared therapy, colour therapy, essential oil nasal inhalers, loose leaf botanical teas, bath oils, room sprays, diffusers, candles, crystals, crystal jewellery and crystal bowls - to name a few. (some of our products can be found on my store, email for bespoke) All help to elevate, strengthen and ground my practice. It's also really special to work with these energies, and that feeling alone helps elevate my mental, physical and spiritual health.  


When it comes to a Full Moon, the vibe is so powerful everyone (all organic matter) is affected...

The more you develop your practice, the more flexible you will become to the motions of the moon. Recently we have been seeing regular blasts of high frequency energy on the Schumann Resonance (measures the electromagnetic frequency of Earth) which has affected us all. You will start to notice a lot of correlation with how you are feeling to this chart. So start following this too! In June 2023 it looked like this! I remember when it happened I needed to sleep a lot more. Incredible ...

If all you can spare is 10 minutes a day for a quick reset, then simply start there, make yourself some tea and listen to Valley of the Kings (7min astral journey). Soon you'll be able to build on this. Soon you will WANT to build on this.


If you are new to meditation or a self care routine, here are a few things you need to ask yourself...


Is your body strong enough to support you? Meditation is like plugging into a different energy source, your brain/body (battery) needs to be able to handle the frequency (charge). You don't want to fry the circuit!


Are you tired, would you be better off just taking a nap? 


Is your physical health poor? 


Is your immune system on overdrive / overstimulated?


How long have you been in a stressed ‘Fight of Flight’ state?


Overproduction of cortisol can be triggered by stress. which will weaken your terrain and cause inflammation and degeneration - sometimes even shutting down important systems of the body... Listening to specific types of music which contains Vibrational Medicine will have powerful effects, not only by lowering levels of cortisol in the body and shifting brain~wave states, but by supporting healing as a whole ~ In my opinion listening to music that heals the body and transforms the psyche is the most beautiful way to honour yourself...But this is just half the equation, if you continue to ignore your basic needs, food, sleep, joy, there will be a deeper psychological trauma that needs careful reprogramming.


If you start with focusing on your physical health in your dedicated time for Self Care - a goal of a nourished and rested body is typically the starting point - you will naturally progress to being able to meditate. 


TOP TIPS Everyone is sooooo unique, so take what resonates, leave what doesn't for another time maybe...

I recommend you try and factor in some of these Self Care Rituals into your schedule to help support your mind-body-spirit connection. It’s a lifestyle and a frame of mind which is important to focus on, so when it comes to your meditation practise your electromagnetic field is at an optimum strength. 


  • Journal daily. It could just be three words on how your day went. Or a Dream. Keep it short.

  • Start learning about astrology. Have your Birth Chart and Solar Return explained to you and integrated into your Self Development. When it comes to the Full Moon and other ‘vibey’ placements throughout the year you will be able to traverse the ‘wonky’ with ease. 

  • Start growing plants. Windowsills do just fine. 

  • Crafting. Get creative and weird - what did you love doing as a kid?

  • Walk in nature. ALONE (without technology or a dog) 

  • Batch cooking & food prep 

  • Remember to eat breakfast no later than 30 mins after waking.

  • Stop skipping meals. There are really good meal replacement protein products out there - having no time - is no excuse. 

  • Strength training + Yoga + Thai Chi

  • Learn to say no!

    Remember - if you’re tired, its ok to stay home and rest

  • Body is temple - Food is Medicine 

  • Lower, if not completely remove alcohol from your diet. Just in case you forgot ;) its a carcinogenic, a depressant, a toxin to your liver, you don't process fat when you drink and it weakens your electromagnetic field which weakens your intuitive connection. Big no no.

  • Find yourself a meditation coach.

  • Join a sound healing class. 

  • Only buy essential oils and products containing essential oils from a clinical aromatherapist. It is a waste of natural resources if you don't and can be dangerous in the wrong hands.

  • Download a plant app.

  • Vibrational Medicine. In the form you can afford and access.


All the above will help you utilise your super powers and help you to keep grounded and strong over the full moon period when it is especially needed.
